How can I care for my KOOPS to preserve their shape and extend their lifespan?Updated 22 days ago

Our shoes require simple but specific care to maintain their shape, colour, and flexibility.

General recommendations:

• Do not wash in a washing machine or dry in a dryer.
  Our models are not designed for machine washing. It may damage the sole, distort the shoe, or cause discolouration.
• Clean dry or with a damp cloth.
  Use a soft, damp cloth to remove surface stains, without soaking the shoe. For more persistent dirt, we recommend natural products specific to the material type.
• Do not use aggressive or chemical products.
• Air dry only.
  If the shoes get wet, let them air dry away from direct heat sources such as radiators or hair dryers. You may insert newspaper inside to speed up drying and help maintain shape.
• Storage.
  Store shoes in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, and in their original shape.

For leather models:
• Brush dry before applying any product.

For textile models:
• Clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry.

What if I use additional insoles?
You can remove and air them frequently, or clean them separately with a damp cloth.
