You can easily verify this at home, once you receive your KOOPS:

1. Remove the insole from the shoes and place it against the wall, with the heel side touching the wall.

2. Place your foot on the insole, ensuring that your heel is also touching the wall.

3. Observe the distance between the longest point of your foot and the tip of the insole (toe area).

If there is between 0.8 and 1.2 cm of space, you've got the right size.
