- Access our Exchanges Portal
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Select the product, reason, and choose exchange or return.
- Pack the original shoe box carefully (do not stick labels directly onto the box).
Customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: You will need to use your own courier and cover customs fees to ensure the package reaches our warehouse and the refund can be approved.
Please note: Portugal excludes Madeira and the Azores.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
