How can I make a return?Updated 19 days ago

  1. Access our Exchanges Portal
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Select the product, reason, and choose exchange or return.
  4. Pack the original shoe box carefully (do not stick labels directly onto the box).

Customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: You will need to use your own courier and cover customs fees to ensure the package reaches our warehouse and the refund can be approved.

Please note: Portugal excludes Madeira and the Azores.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
